This easy butter garlic shrimp dish. Not only is it delicious, it only takes about 20 minutes to prepare.
Makes 6 Servings

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 6 minced garlic cloves
- 3/4 cup white wine - you can substitute chicken broth if you like
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt, sea
- 1/2 teaspoon of chopped red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1 1/2 pound peeled and peeled shrimp, extra large or large
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
Instructions:
- In a large non-stick pan, melt the butter and oil over medium heat. Add the garlic. Sauté for a minute or so, until fragrant.
- Add the wine. Bring to the boil. Let the wine simmer for 6-7 minutes, until it is reduced by half. Add sea salt, pepper flakes, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the pan. Saute for 2-4 minutes, until it turns pink. Add the lemon juice and parsley. To serve.
