Lemonade Iced Tea Recipe


  • 3 liters of water
  • 9 individual tea bags
  • 3/4 to 1 1/4 cups of sugar
  • 1 can (12 ounces) of frozen concentrated lemonade, thawed
  • lemon slices, optional

  1. In a Dutch oven, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat, then add the tea bags.
  3. Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bags.
  4. Add the sugar and lemonade concentrate.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until cool.
  6. Serve with ice. To taste, garnish with lemon wedges.

Make this iced tea or other cold lemon drink special by dipping the edges of the glasses in fresh lemon juice, then swirling the glasses in some sugar. Place the trays of glasses in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
