This is a salmon dish you can make at your
next family barbecue. Grilled to perfection, even the fussiest of eaters will
have nothing bad to say about this dish.

Ingredients for the triple citrus glaze:
• ¾ cup of fresh orange juice
• ¼ cup of lemon juice, fresh
• ¼ cup of lime juice, fresh
• ¼ cup of chicken broth
• 1 clove of garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons of orange marmalade
• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, light and packaged
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• A pinch of salt and black pepper

• 4 6-ounce salmon fillets, 1 inch thick
• A pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions:
1. First, prepare the glaze. To do this, add
all the ingredients to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil.
Once it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until
syrupy.

3. Then preheat an outdoor grill over medium or high heat.
4. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with a drizzle of olive oil. Then Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
5. Arrange the fillets on the grill and grill for 4 minutes on each side, taking care to brush with the glaze during the last 4 minutes of cooking.
6. Transfer the grilled salmon to large serving plates. Sprinkle with the remaining glaze and serve immediately.
