Fettuccine Alfredo

Do you need a sauce that considers only simpler but sweeter ingredients? Fettuccine Alfredo is a great consideration. Some heavy butter, garlic, parmesan cheese and other necessities, all incorporated together, bring about the sweetness of this favorite meal.

½ cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 pint heavy cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 pound fettuccine, cooked

Melt the cream cheese in the melted butter over medium heat until soft.
Add the heavy cream and season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Next, reduce the heat to low. Allow the mixture to simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove the mixture from heat and add in the parmesan. Stir everything to melt the cheese.
Lastly, pour the sauce over the pasta and serve.
